Pricing

Points pay for questions, compatibility reports and birth-time calibration on TwinSky. New accounts get 500 free points, and purchased points never expire.

What points pay for

• Single-profile question: 150 points each
• Two-person compatibility report: 400 points; each follow-up after it: 100 points
• “Calibrate time”: 300 points each, paid before the questions start
• Greetings and questions about using the product are free; failed answers and non-reading replies are free

Buying points

• Each point pack is a one-time payment and never renews.
• Payments are processed by Airwallex; the payment methods available are those shown on the payment page. This site never receives or stores your card number.
• The price shown is the amount you pay; this site adds no taxes or fees. Your card issuer may charge its own foreign-currency or cross-border fees.
• Purchased points never expire and are used together with free points.
• Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchased points are not refundable once credited and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. A chargeback or refund takes back the matching unused points, and remaining points are forfeited when you close your account.

Membership

• Each membership payment is a one-time payment for 30 days. No card is kept on file for renewals, and nothing more is charged when it ends.
• You can extend while still a member: the new 30 days start when the current ones end. To avoid paying twice by mistake, you can extend only in the last 30 days.
• Each successful payment adds 3,000 points, and while you are a member your first visit each day adds 150 more (days follow Beijing time; a day you don't visit is not made up).
• Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, membership already paid for is not refunded in part. A refund or chargeback takes back that payment's unused points and ends the days it bought.
• When membership ends, points already added stay usable and every saved profile is kept, but no new profile can be added above the limit.
• Closing your account ends the membership, and remaining days are not refunded.
• You can turn the report emails off at any time on the account page or from the link in each email; the other benefits stay.
