Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026. These terms apply to accounts, chart casting, ongoing Q&A, compatibility readings and reports on the TwinSky website. Please read them before you sign up or use the service. If you do not agree, you can choose not to create an account and keep browsing the public pages.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version applies. This does not limit any rights you have under the mandatory law where you live.

TwinSky provides chart casting and AI-assisted interpretation based on traditional astrology and fortune-telling cultures. It does not guarantee that any prediction will come true, does not offer remedies to change your fortune, and makes no promise about income or relationship outcomes. It cannot replace medical, legal, investment, mental-health or other professional services.

Operator and contact

TwinSky is operated by Dreamie Tech Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong (company number 81310931). Registered address: Flat/Rm 917A, Blk A, 9/F, New Mandarin Plaza, No. 14 Science Museum Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The company is the party to the service contract, the seller of points and responsible for handling personal data on this site.

Email for support, privacy, account questions and complaints: support@twinsky-ai.com. Describe the issue and the account concerned, and never send passwords or verification codes. When handling a data request we may need to verify your identity and your rights to the data.

Accounts, birth profiles and compatibility readings

An account is created the first time you verify through Google or email. The sign-in page states below the sign-in buttons that by continuing you agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; by continuing to sign in or sign up, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Use only sign-in methods you are entitled to use, and do not share passwords or verification codes with anyone. One account can store several birth profiles. Profiles, conversations and compatibility pairings belong to the account that created them. The same name does not mean the same account, and we do not merge data on that basis.

You must have the right to provide the information you upload. Before you create a profile for someone else, run a compatibility reading or share a report, obtain the authorization that applies. Use by minors, or use of a minor's information, must also meet local guardian-consent and special-protection requirements; there is currently no separate guardian verification process. Do not use the service to infringe other people's privacy, reputation or other lawful rights.

How to read reports and the process display

Chart results depend on the birth details entered, the time zone, the calendar, the ephemeris and the traditional rules applied. Chart facts that can be checked do not prove the personality, relationship or future judgments derived from them. AI may omit, misunderstand or produce inaccurate content; please check it against your real circumstances.

“Calibrate time” starts within the range you choose. If the evidence within that range is insufficient, it automatically extends the range by 15 minutes at each end, once only, without asking again. It asks multiple-choice questions built from traditional BaZi and Jyotish (Vedic astrology) methods, scores your answers with fixed rules to reach the result, and TwinSky agent, the site's AI assistant, then explains it using those methods. The result shows your original range and the range actually compared. Completed historical results keep the range rules used at the time and are not automatically recalculated. Some questions are for reference only and are not scored. When some spans score close, TwinSky agent writes follow-up questions from how their charts differ (up to 3 rounds, at no extra charge), and they count with fixed points; if spans are still close afterwards, the span with a slight edge is given by a fixed order and labelled as such. Once a chart is chosen, it is narrowed further inside that chart by Drekkana and D9 navamsa, giving a time window; before that you may give the months of a few life events (not scored); TwinSky agent then infers a birth time down to the minute from your answers and how the sub-period change dates differ across the window. That minute is an inference, not validated, and for reference only; if a level cannot be separated, the result says which level it stopped at. The result is the candidate span that best fits your answers, for you to check. It is not a recovered birth time, and not an accuracy figure or probability; the rules used have not been calibrated against scientific or historical samples. If you have a birth certificate or hospital record, go by the record. Recasting your charts with a candidate time only happens after you confirm and save it in the birth-details form.

The process shown on the page explains which chart data was actually read and the status of the task. It is not the model's internal chain of thought, and it is not proof of step-by-step review by a human practitioner. The display may add short pauses for pacing; do not infer computation time, professional qualifications or the reliability of a conclusion from it. When an evidence location is missing, only text may be shown; a highlight does not guarantee that the interpretation is accurate.

When you quote, copy or share an AI-assisted interpretation, keep the note on its source and nature, and do not present it as a verified fact or a human expert's opinion. Answer pages and copied conclusions include a reference-only and professional-advice notice; account export files retain a source notice.

Your content and generated results

Using the service does not transfer your legal rights in the information you submit to TwinSky. We process it to the extent needed to provide the service, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems; the recipients and purposes are listed in the Privacy Policy. This is not an unlimited licence to sell your information or to train models.

Generated content may resemble other users' results. We make no promise of originality or exclusivity, or that it is entirely free of third-party rights. Before you use, repost or publicly share it, check it for other people's personal information and third-party rights. Providing a report does not license you to copy the website's code, marks or interface.

Acceptable use and service limits

Do not bypass access controls, read or impersonate other people's accounts, abuse verification codes in bulk, spread malware, interfere with the service, or use it for fraud, harassment or any other unlawful activity. To protect accounts and systems, unusual requests may be rate-limited and access that poses a security risk may be restricted; you can object through the published contact channel.

Maintenance, network, email or model-provider failures may delay or interrupt the service. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or that every generation will succeed, and these statements do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Stopping using the service does not delete your data automatically; see the next section for how to manage it.

Fees, points and refunds

New users who sign up for the first time through the Google or email verification currently offered on this site receive 500 points with no expiry date, and can currently save up to 2 birth profiles. Signing in again or linking another sign-in method does not grant points again. If you close your account and sign up again, no new grant is given while the record that prevents duplicate grants is kept. Accounts created with an invite code from the earlier closed beta keep the allowance and term they received, and changing the sign-in method does not add points automatically.

Inviting friends: every account has its own invite code, which can be shared through an invite link. A new account that enters a valid invite code at sign-up, or once on the account page within 7 days of signing up, gets 100 extra points, and the inviter gets 150 points. Each account can use an invite code only once and cannot use its own code. The inviter's reward is limited: at most 20 rewards every 30 days; when one inviter receives several sign-ups from the same network within 24 hours, only the first is rewarded; and no reward is given while the inviter's account is disabled or its points are paused. These limits never affect the invited person's 100 points.

Redemption codes: the TwinSky operator may give out redemption codes, for example in promotions or as gifts. Each code states its points, how many times it can be redeemed in total and its deadline. Each account can redeem the same code only once, and a code can no longer be redeemed after it expires, runs out or is deactivated. Points from invites or redemption codes join the account's existing points and follow the same rules. If rewards are obtained improperly, such as through fake accounts or bulk sign-ups, we may deactivate the codes involved and take back the points obtained that way.

Points are a usage allowance on this site. They are not money or provider tokens. They cannot be cashed out, exchanged for cash or other items, or transferred to anyone else. Points are currently deducted per use: 150 points for a single-profile question, 400 points for a two-person compatibility report, 100 points for each follow-up after a compatibility report, and 300 points for each “Calibrate time”, paid in advance after you agree to the Calibration Service Notes and before the questions start. If you leave partway, you can come back and continue without paying again. If the result is produced but its TwinSky agent explanation could not be, the prepaid points are returned automatically, and regenerating the explanation later costs 300 points only if it succeeds. Greetings and questions about using the product are free. The rates are listed under My points and on the account page. Submitting a question holds its cost, which is deducted when the answer is complete. If the system fails, the reply is not an astrology reading, or an internal repair retry is needed, the whole question is free. An answer marked as degraded still keeps its full text and is not charged again because of the degraded display. Your points history is available on the account page.

Buying points: you can buy points under Top up. The point packs and their prices in each currency are listed on the pricing page. The seller is Dreamie Tech Limited, and payments are processed by Airwallex; this site never receives or stores your full card number. The price shown is the amount you pay, and this site adds no taxes or fees; your card issuer or payment service may charge its own foreign-currency or cross-border fees. Points are credited automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually by the time you return to the site. Each point pack is a one-time payment and never renews automatically, and each purchase adds 2 profiles to your account for good. Signing up costs nothing. Minors need a parent's or guardian's consent before buying.

Purchased points never expire. They join any free points and follow the same rules. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchased points are not refundable once credited, and they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. When a question is free because of a system failure or a non-reading reply, as described above, points are returned, not money. If a payment is charged back by the card issuer or refunded through the payment provider, we take back the unused points of that payment (a point pack or a month of membership), and return them if the chargeback is reversed. When you close your account, any remaining points, including purchased ones, are forfeited without refund. Purchase records (order number, amount, currency, points and time) are kept after the account is closed for accounting and tax purposes; see the Privacy Policy.

TwinSky Membership: each membership payment is a one-time payment for 30 days and never renews automatically. Its price is listed on the pricing page (US$20 for 30 days, or the local-currency price shown there), and your first time is half price, once per account. No card is kept on file for renewals, and nothing more is charged when the days end. While you are a member you can extend: the new 30 days start when the current ones end, and to avoid paying twice by mistake you can extend only in the last 30 days. Each successful payment adds 3,000 points, and while you are a member your first visit each day adds 150 more (days follow Beijing time; a day you don't visit is not made up), up to about 7,500 in 30 days. Like purchased points, they never expire. While you are a member you also get 8 more profiles, answers that go first when it is busy, and weekly and monthly readings sent to your sign-in email (worked out by chart rules; you can turn them off at any time on the account page or from the email).

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, membership already paid for is not refunded in part. If a membership payment is refunded or charged back, we take back that payment's unused points and end the days it bought, and restore them if the chargeback is reversed. When membership ends, points already added stay usable and every saved profile is kept, but no new profile can be added above the limit. Closing your account ends the membership, and remaining days are not refunded. A price change applies only to payments made after it. Monthly memberships that renew automatically and were started before 15 October 2026 keep renewing as agreed when they started; you can cancel one at any time under Manage membership on the account page (provided by Stripe), and it then lasts to the end of the paid month.

Managing your data, leaving and disputes

On Account & data you can delete profiles or conversations and close your account; for a copy of all your data, contact us. Please save any copies you need (a reading can be exported as a PDF) first. The limits of deletion from the application's main database, audit records, third-party retention and backups are explained under Retention and deletion. Any record retention required by law must not be stretched into keeping all birth data indefinitely.

Questions and complaints can be raised through the contact channel published on this page. If an issue is not resolved, you may complain to, or seek remedies from, the competent authorities as the law allows. You are not asked to give up rights granted by the mandatory law where you live, and there is no mandatory arbitration.

Changes to these terms

The version and update date are shown on this page. Material changes concerning fees, the main services or the processing of personal information must be communicated clearly and separately, and confirmed again where required. An update never treats earlier sign-ins as consent to the new terms, and it does not retroactively take away rights you have already lawfully obtained.
